PanGlobal Berhad is an investment holding company with diversified businesses.
It has various subsidiaries in the following business sectors: natural resources,
energy, financial services, property and hotel apartments.
The company was incorporated in 1962 as a private limited company and converted
to a public company on 14 June 1969. The name of the company has also changed
over the years and assumed the present name of PanGlobal Berhad on 28 November
1995.
The Company was listed on the Main Board of Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange on
25 February 1974.
